Overview
You can't govern what you can't see. I combined procurement records, a staff survey and code repository scans to build the first inventory of AI systems, then turned it into a living register with named owners and review dates.
Outcomes
- 38 AI systems catalogued, 9 previously unknown
- Every system assigned an accountable owner
- Quarterly review cadence established
